Main materials
sterling silver
Silver 925, which has the highest purity of silver, is resistant to tarnishing and has a beautiful shine, making it a material used by various luxury brands.
Used on Lovelinks charms and carriers.

Silver polishing cloths are generally used to clean tarnished (sulfurized) silver products, but for jewelry with uneven surfaces such as the Lovelinks T-Lock series and the Serenity Bubble series, and for tassel series and necklaces where you don't want to pull on the chain, we recommend soaking them in baking soda.
What you need: Heat-resistant container, about a spoonful of baking soda, aluminum foil, hot water
① Prepare the jewelry you want to clean and the above materials. ② Place wrinkled aluminum foil in a container and sprinkle baking soda on it. ③ Place the jewelry in ②, pour boiling water over it, and leave it for a while until it cools. ④ Rinse the jewelry with water and dry it thoroughly. If you have a blower, that's a good idea.
Please note that this cannot be used with the following products: Jewelry made with fine crystals or pearls Products with a smoked finish (products with a deliberate black pattern)
Gold Plate
14K gold is coated on 925 silver to create a gorgeous gold finish. It is used for the charms and carrier parts of Lovelinks.
Murano Glass
Venetian glass is produced by a limited number of artisans on Murano, a small island in northern Italy. It is a work of art that combines warmth and delicacy.
Lovelinks Murano Glass Charms are made from beautiful glass produced on the island of Murano, and are crafted into charms in our workshop in Thailand.
Fine Crystal
We use materials from a crystal manufacturer renowned for their sophisticated shine.
It is used in some Lovelinks charms to add a touch of glamour.
Cubic Zirconia
An artificial gemstone that shines just like a diamond.
It is used in some Lovelinks charms.
leather
Carefully selected cowhide is used for the leather cords of WIZ products.
Cotton Cord
Made from glossy cotton, it gives a light impression.
Silicone Rubber
The inside of each charm is lined with silicone rubber which helps keep the charm in place on the pod.
Not used on areas that come into contact with the skin.
-Discoloration and deterioration will occur over time.
・Some charms do not have silicone rubber coating due to structural reasons.
About Charm Characteristics and Personalities
Even if the charms are from the same series, they are not uniform and each one has its own unique pattern, color, air bubbles, etc. Please cherish and enjoy the one-of-a-kind charm that has arrived in your hands.
- During the manufacturing process, air bubbles and small dots may appear on glass charms.
-There may be slight differences in the thickness of the silicone coating on the inside of the charm.
Storage and care instructions
After using Lovelinks products, to prevent discoloration and deterioration, wipe off any oil or sweat from the surface with a soft cloth and store in a place away from high humidity.
Sterling silver will oxidize over time when exposed to air, but it will regain its shine if you wipe it off with a silver cloth.
Please also note the following:
・Crystal and cubic zirconia may become cloudy or rust due to moisture. If they come into contact with water, wipe them off immediately and dry them.
- Do not clean with strong chemicals other than those specifically made for silver.
・Please refrain from using this product while bathing, swimming in the sea, swimming pool, or doing water work.
- Please be careful not to let cosmetics or hand cream come into contact with the product.
- Be careful not to come into contact with nail polish remover or alcohol.
