Notification of cleaning service when shopping

Starting today, the Love Links Online Store will be offering a new service whereby customers who shop at the online store can request to have up to five of their Love Links products cleaned and delivered along with their purchases.

If you would like to do so, please write "I would like to have my Lovelynx cleaned and delivered at the same time" in the "Leave a note on my order" box that appears when you add the item to your cart.

Or after shopping, please send an email to info@lovelinks.co.jp Please send us the message saying, "I would like to have my Love Links cleaned and delivered at the same time."

Why not refresh your precious Love Links while you're out shopping?

Please be aware of the following when using this service.

*Applies to purchases of 5,000 yen or more.

*Cleaning service is available for up to 5 items.

*You will be responsible for the shipping fee to send your Love Links products to us. In addition, we will send the cleaned products together with your purchased items.

*Please see the product description section of the online store "Cleaning Service" for delivery address.

*If there is an item that cannot be cleaned due to the material or structure, we will return it to you without cleaning.

*We will clean it with care, but please understand that it will not be as good as new.

*The discolored silicone inside the charm cannot be cleaned.
